Amidst 2000 teachers in a monumental University like VIT, it is sometimes a very knotty job to search for a teacher when he/she is not present in their cabin. Thus in order to facilitate this task, we are planning to make a system whereby the presence of a faculty in his/her cabin can be detected. This project involves the creation of a sensor based room monitoring system. We would be using required sensors to facilitate the task of sensing the presence of a faculty in his/her cabin. The user can access the required details via a simple web interface that will access the data from the web server.
